Therapy and Counselling Bushey

It’s not therapy and counselling in the conventional sense. It more about changing the way you think and feel about your situation – very quickly!

Conventional therapy focuses more around talking about your situation hoping at some point that some ‘thing’ kicks in to get you to change your mindset. Whilst some talking therapies also take into account the emotions you are feeling, they still lack the ‘release’ factor to bring about rapid healing and transformation. (I acknowledge talking therapies do have their place – I just don’t use them in my practice)

Therapy sessions with me focus on the releasing the trauma, emotions, beliefs, anxiety and stress you are experiencing. It may seem like a tall order, but if you ‘get’ it, you will definitely feel the results!

After a session, many clients have fed back that they could hardly believe they were ever ‘that’ way in the first place.

These sessions are for those who are truly ready for and desire change. There is no point in engaging if you are forcing yourself to come or have been coerced into it. If this is you, just come for energy healing instead!

Sessions are available daytime, evenings and Saturdays. At present, I am only doing face to face sessions in the Bushey, Hertsmere or Clacton-on-Sea, Essex areas.

How many sessions will I need?

One to many 🙂
This depends entirely on what you want to achieve and the depth of personal transformation you wish to undergo. Many people have managed to release life-long beliefs, thoughts & emotional patterns in only a few sessions. Please however, be realistic with your expectations.

How many issues can you deal with in a session?

Generally, I like to tackle one ‘issue’ per session. When you’re used to being a certain way for much of your life, the session can be very transformative. If the issue is deep, it may take a number of sessions to feeler a sustained difference.

How long does a session usually take?

Sessions usually take 1-2hrs. What’s important is not so much the time but you leaving the session in a lifted and lighter state!

I find it hard to get in touch with my feelings. Will this have an impact?

If you find it hard to get in touch with your emotions or very much operate in your head then it may take longer to achieve results. We may have to first do sessions as to what made you this way before we can tackle the main issue(s). After all, we are all emotional beings and if you are avoiding or suppressing feelings or emotions in some way – even positive ones – then it may help to address that first.

Do I have to talk about my trauma?

Whilst the specific details of the trauma are not required, you will at least need to acknowledge it did exist and recall some aspects of it as part of the process. Trauma can be thought of as stuck emotions and the more you are able to acknowledge these emotions the more you will able to release and transcend the effects of the trauma.
