Manage Knee Pain in 3 Easy Steps

In my practice, for acute or chronic knee pain I usually use all of the above to get fast and effective results. Any single option would still give fantastic results but as a practitioner, I always like to give clients the most rapid and effective healing experience – depending on the situation of course.

Step 1 – apply Panther Juice to the affected knee and allow to dry

Step 2 – slip on the Knee Hug

Step 3 – stick the Ultra disks on top of the knee hug in the location of the worst pain points. If the entire knee joint is hurting, just place in a location which still allows comfortable movement.

Note: some people like to stick the disk on first and then place the knee hug on top. Just experiment to find what is most comfortable for you.

Keep up this regime until the pain is reduced or completely dissipated.

Sometimes the pain may feel worse as the cells in the area reorganize and rebalance themselves. The effect is temporary and should not cause too much discomfort. Ease off the length of time the knee hug and cells are worn if discomfort becomes unbearable.
